Insurance Information
Once you provide your insurance information to us, as a courtesy, our staff will contact your insurance company to obtain your dental benefits and then estimate your portion of the payment as “an estimated” , this amount should be paid at the time of service. Then we will bill your insurance company for services provided. Upon receiving the insurance payment, any balance owed over the payment that you have made will be sent in a statement to you. Anything overpaid by you will be refunded by check from our office.
We accept many dental insurances; however, our office is “in network” with the following companies:
